  Pluses: quiet, friendly, working family neighborhood; roomy units; very friendly front office nearby with good hours, open until 6 and on Saturday; front office is very good about holding onto packages for pickup delivered by USPS, UPS, and so on; reasonably priced and simple, online payments
  Minuses: mostly age - inefficient refrigerator; windows and doors don't seal well - I've had worse, not a major concern - but heating and cooling costs certainly suffer as a consequence by modern efficiency standards
  All in all, a great and quite welcoming place to live.

  We have been here since May 2016. There is an entirely new management team in the office and they have done a wonderful job turning these townhomes around. When we moved here it was basically a dump, the new management team has worked their magic and we love it here now!
